First Weekly Round Up From My Other Tumblr
I have two tumblr blogs. This one, which is for stuff relating to my art and comics, and bigfootrock.tumblr.com, which is more of a personal blog, where I mainly reblog stuff I like but also occasionally talk about stuff and post other things too. Of course, there’s a good chance that if you follow this one, there may be things on the other that will interest you, so I’ve decided to post some links to the highlights from over there once a week.
So, in chronological order:
- The week started with an art auction by the awesome Chris Haley. Sadly the auction is over now, but it’s still worth having a look at his brilliant recreation of Jim Lee’s X-Men #1 cover.
- Greg Proops posted a fantastic photo of Malcolm X and Muhammad Ali
- Jackie Kashian (who is awesome) posted a preview clip of her interview with Kevin Eastman. You can listen to the full interview here. She went on to post another clip, later in the week, this time of an interview with John Matta and Rose Abdoo. That one’s not out yet, so you’ll have to make do with the clip.
- Dave Stokes did a really cool drawing of Captain Scarlet.
- I decided to share a reason why should all read Steve And Bob by Michael Georgiou.
- I also decided to share my feelings on the recent wave of cancellations announced by DC Comics.
- Elisa went to a drink ‘n’ draw.
- And finally, The Pod F Tompcast returned!
